The reddish-brown brick facade envelops a residential building for seniors. Based on an initiative of the small French community of Huningue, it was built directly along the Rhine river. In small apartments the residents can continue an independent life and take care of themselves. At the same time they benefit from community life and from different leisure and service opportunities. An emergency bracelet guarantees that medical attention is quick to arrive when needed.
